Understanding your story matters.
But sometimes your body is still waiting for its turn.

Join the program

Sometimes insight isn't the whole story.

You can make sense of your experiences, yet your body still reacts before you have time to respond. You understand why you feel anxious, exhausted or overwhelmed, but still don't know how to find your way back to yourself in those moments.

You've recognised your patterns, yet knowing about them hasn't always changed how they unfold.

You may have been told to relax, regulate or calm yourself, without anyone showing you how to listen to what your body is communicating.

It can feel as though your mind understands...

...but your body is still waiting for something.

Healing begins to change when understanding becomes experience.

Understanding and lived experience are different kinds of learning.

You can understand your story and still find anxiety, overwhelm, shutdown or numbness arriving before choice has time to emerge.

That doesn't mean you're failing.

It may simply mean your body hasn't yet had enough experiences of safety, support and choice to discover a different way of responding.

A felt sense of safety is something your body comes to know through experience.

Through moments of choice, support, connection and being met as you are, your body gradually experiences something different.

As these experiences accumulate, new patterns—and new choices—become possible.

Living systems don't learn through pressure.

They learn through rhythm, repetition and relationship.

Your body is no different.

Rather than trying to force yourself to feel calm or "fix" your nervous system, you'll begin learning how to recognise what your body is asking for.

Little by little, you'll discover ways of responding that create more space, more flexibility and, over time, more choice.

This isn't about getting rid of anxiety, overwhelm or shutdown.

It's about developing a different relationship with your body's patterns, so they no longer have to make every decision for you.

Healing becomes less about changing who you are...

and more about rediscovering the flexibility, wisdom and capacity that have always been part of you.

What people often begin to notice

There isn't a single way healing unfolds.

As people move through the Safe to Feel Embodiment Program™, many people describe moments like these:

"I noticed I paused before reacting."

"I realised I knew what my body needed for the first time."

"I didn't feel calm all the time—but I wasn't as frightened of what I was feeling."

"I finally understood what people meant by listening to your body."

"I began trusting my own experience instead of constantly looking outside myself."

"I found myself making different choices without forcing them."

Living Form™

At the heart of the Safe to Feel Embodiment Program™ is the Living Form™ Framework, inspired by years of observation: living systems organise through patterns, relationships and rhythm.

Throughout the program, you'll explore these patterns through movement, reflection and embodied practice. Along the way, you'll also encounter simple ideas drawn from nature, yoga and sacred geometry—an invitation to notice how living systems adapt, organise and grow.

In yoga, form has always been more than shape. Through movement and awareness, form becomes a way of listening, exploring and discovering relationship with ourselves.

The Four Embodiment Rhythms

Healing doesn't happen in a straight line. It unfolds through rhythm.

That's why I created a map for you.

The Four Embodiment Rhythms offer a way to orient yourself within the changing landscape of healing—to notice where you are, what your body may be asking for, and what feels possible from here.

You'll return to the map many times as your needs change.

There is no single path through.

Only the rhythm your body is ready for.

The map offers orientation.

Your body holds it's wisdom.

Hi I'm Kendra

I'm an embodied trauma care facilitator devoted to supporting people in reconnecting with the deeper intelligence of their bodies.

If you're living with PTSD, complex trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD or autism, you may already sense that healing isn't just about insight—it's also about relationship. Especially the relationship you have with your own body.

Drawing on more than 35 years of clinical practice, I bring together trauma-informed healing arts, yoga therapy, somatic approaches and contemporary trauma research to support a more embodied way of healing.

My role isn't to fix you. It's to offer guidance, practices and a framework that help you discover your own capacity for awareness, choice and connection.

Because at a certain point in healing, your body is not the problem—it's the doorway.

If something in you is curious about what that doorway might open into, you're in the right place.

Supported and referred to by psychologists, GPs, counsellors, social workers, and wellbeing practitioners seeking body-first, trauma-sensitive approaches to emotional wellbeing.

Is this the right fit for you?

The Safe to Feel Embodiment Program™ is designed for people who are looking for a more embodied, relationship-centred way of exploring healing.

It may be a good fit if you:

  • often feel anxious, overwhelmed, shut down, numb or constantly on edge
  • feel disconnected from your body, emotions or inner world
  • have done a lot of talking, thinking or coping, yet still don't feel settled inside yourself
  • are curious about a body-first, trauma-aware approach to healing
  • want practical ways to support yourself beyond simply pushing through
  • value choice, pacing and approaches that honour your own experience
  • feel more comfortable exploring from home and at your own pace
  • are looking for a supportive community that values awareness, relationship and process over performance
  • want to explore healing without needing to repeatedly retell or analyse your trauma story

This program may be especially supportive for people living with:

  • complex trauma or trauma-related stress
  • chronic anxiety or hypervigilance
  • burnout, exhaustion or emotional overwhelm
  • shutdown, numbness or dissociation
  • sensory sensitivity or nervous system dysregulation
  • grief, transition or significant life change

No yoga experience is needed.

Everything is adaptable, invitational and designed to honour your pace, energy, capacity and lived experience.

It may not be the right fit if you:

  • are looking for fast results or intense emotional release
  • prefer highly directive, prescriptive or high-pressure approaches
  • are seeking a fitness-based yoga experience focused on performance or achievement
  • are currently experiencing psychosis, significant dissociation, or an acute episode of a mental health condition that may require more individualised or clinical support.
  • are looking for a replacement for psychotherapy, crisis support or medical care
  • would feel better supported by intensive one-to-one or in-person care than a self-paced online program
  • are hoping for quick fixes rather than a gradual, exploratory process

This work values curiosity over certainty.

Your pace matters here.

Pausing, resting, observing and modifying are all welcome forms of participation.

There is no expectation to keep up.

Only an invitation to begin where you are.
