Safe To Feel Embodiment ™ Online Programs

Introduction

Welcome.

My name is Kendra Boone ABN:79571420415. I am delighted that you have chosen to walk the path with me and others here in The Safe to Feel Embodiment™ Programs online.

I am a highly experienced Yoga Therapist, holistic bodyworker, and trauma-sensitive facilitator with more than three decades of experience supporting people living with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and fatigue. My approach bridges ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary, evidence-based somatic therapies—offering a deeply personalized path to healing that honours each person's pace, agency, and capacity.

My work fills a vital gap in modern healthcare by addressing what’s often missing: the body’s role in healing. I believe that sustainable recovery arises through relationship—with self, others, and community—and that trauma healing unfolds through safety, presence, and choice. As the founder of the Safe to Feel Embodiment Program™ and other online embodiment offerings, I support people worldwide in cultivating nervous system resilience and compassionate self-connection. I invite you to discover that healing isn't about fixing 'what's broken—it's about remembering your wholeness and learning to live from it. it.

Welcome to Your Body-Based Healing Program

These online programs are an invitation to reconnect with yourself—to rediscover the safety, wisdom, and presence that already live in your body. Whether you've joined through my mini course, the Safe to Feel Embodiment Program™ three-month immersion, or another online embodiment programs. My hope is that these practices help you build a sustainable, more compassionate relationship with your body.

Ideal Participant

These online embodiment programs are for people who are ready to approach healing from a body-first perspective—those who sense that talking alone hasn’t been enough. It’s especially suited to individuals navigating complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or depression who are seeking natural, effective ways to regulate their nervous system and restore connection to their body. Many participants come here after feeling stuck in talk-based therapy or are currently supported by a therapist who recognises the value of including the body in healing. This work requires a willingness to engage in gentle lifestyle changes and daily self-reflection, as healing unfolds through consistent awareness and embodied practice. Participants are drawn to a trauma-aware, inclusive space where healing unfolds safely and at their own pace. They’re curious about trauma-sensitive yoga, energy awareness, and embodied self-understanding. Above all, they’re ready to rebuild trust in their body’s wisdom, move beyond survival patterns, and discover that they are the expert of their own experience. This work offers a compassionate, somatic pathway for those longing to feel grounded, connected, and at home in themselves again.

Who This Program May Not Be Suitable For

These online embodiment programs may not be suitable for you if you are looking for a traditional, posture-based, or fitness-oriented yoga. The focus here is not on achieving physical goals but on cultivating awareness, safety, and connection within your body. It is a process-based, not outcome-based, approach—gentle, reflective, and paced to support nervous system healing over time.

Because this work invites self-reflection and personal responsibility, it may feel challenging if you prefer a highly structured, instructional environment or find it difficult to engage in self-guided practice between sessions. It's not a quick-fix or performance-based program but a gradual process of restoring relationship to self through embodied awareness and compassion.

This is not a “good vibes only” space.

The Safe to Feel Embodiment Program™ is not a wellness program focused on positivity or quick fixes. While I honour hope, presence, and compassion, I also acknowledge the value of being with discomfort, uncertainty, and the more complex parts of being human. This space welcomes your full self—including the parts that feel tender, conflicted, or unresolved. I do not bypass the hard stuff. Instead, I gently create space for embodied awareness and the slow, courageous work of deeper healing.

This program can be appropriate for those who are currently supported by a therapist or medical team and, in some cases, may also be suitable within hospital or clinical settings where trauma-sensitive yoga and body-based therapies are encouraged. It complements psychological or medical care by addressing the somatic aspects of healing often left out of conventional treatment.

This program may not be suitable if you are currently experiencing psychosis, significant dissociation, or an acute episode of a mental health condition that may require more individualised or clinical support.

Please note: this program is not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any specific medical or psychological condition. It is an educational and therapeutic support process intended to complement—not replace—professional healthcare or clinical treatment.

Program Overview

This online embodiment programs offer a body-first, trauma-aware approach to healing that integrates yoga therapy, somatic awareness, and nervous system education. Participants are guided through a mapping process that explores patterns of regulation and dysregulation in the body—using yoga therapy principles to understand nervous system and energy states.

The program is designed to be self-paced and non-linear, allowing each participant to move through the practices at a rhythm that suits their own capacity, curiosity, and lived experience. You are encouraged to approach this work as a process of discovery rather than progression—healing unfolds differently for everyone.

A community space is included to provide an additional layer of support through monthly Q&A and reflection calls. This shared space offers opportunities to ask questions, share insights, and learn from others in a supportive, trauma-sensitive environment.

If you have purchased an upgraded or extended version of the program, additional private sessions or resources may be available to you. The specific details, inclusions, and structure of your chosen program are outlined on the relevant sales page, and these may evolve over time to better meet the needs of participants.

Delivery

This program emphasises the felt sense of safety and supports post-traumatic growth by helping to stabilise trauma symptoms, cultivate authenticity and self-acceptance, and gently restore qualities of rest, presence, and prana flow. You are invited to follow your own rhythm and revisit practices as they feel supportive, honouring that healing is not a linear process.

The online programs include a combination of body-based practices (trauma-sensitive yoga and somatic exercises), educational reflections introducing research and yoga therapy philosophy, and echo time—spaces for self-reflection and integrating new rhythms into daily life. You’ll also be encouraged to download the accompanying e-book (and print or journal if that feels right for you) to support your ongoing learning.

Program updates, practice links, and community connection will be shared through a WhatsApp group, where participants can access new content, reminders, and optional opportunities to connect with others. Participation in the WhatsApp group is entirely optional—all program content can be accessed privately at your own pace.

All program materials and community access are provided within a three-month enrolment period, giving you time to move through the content, revisit the practices, and integrate what you’ve learned. After this period, access may close or transition into future offerings designed to support ongoing growth.

Preparation

To make the most of this program, participants are encouraged to establish a regular practice rhythm—approximately three hours per week is recommended. Healing through the body develops with consistency, self-awareness, and compassionate pacing.

Before beginning, please set up a space that feels supportive for you, where you can move, breathe, and rest comfortably. You will need a reliable internet connection, access to a computer or smartphone to view materials, and WhatsApp for optional group communication. Wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement and have a journal or printed e-book nearby for reflection. Occasional coaching emails will be provided to help you stay connected to your own rhythm of practice throughout the program.

Important Dates

You can begin this program at any time. The Safe to Feel Embodiment Program™ is designed to be completed within a three-month enrolment period, during which you will have full access to all program materials, community spaces, and live Q&A calls.

The mini-course component is designed to be completed within three weeks of enrolment.

If you need to take a break—for example, due to illness or holidays—you may request to pause your enrolment for up to two weeks. To arrange this, please email me at restore@kendrahealingarts.com with your proposed pause dates.

Mutual Responsibilities

Why This Work, and Why Me?

I know how important it is to feel a sense of trust when you choose to step into healing work. Sharing a little about who I am can help you sense whether this space and approach might feel supportive to you.

I’ve been working in the healing arts for over 35 years, accompanying individuals and groups through their journeys of reconnection, regulation, and remembering their wholeness.

I’m a:

  • Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT)
  • Facilitator of Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)
  • Certified TRE® Provider (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises)
  • Bodyworker (Registered Remedial Massage Therapist and Reflexologist) , group facilitator, and somatic facilitator

My work weaves together yoga philosophy, polyvagal-informed practices, neuroscience, and the wisdom of the body. But most of all, I bring a deep respect for your timing, your truth, and your right to choose your own path.

I offer spaces where you can slow down, tune in, and explore what embodiment means to you—without pressure to perform or push. Whether you’re here for a free offering or considering deeper work, you’re welcome just as you are.

My work is grounded in the ancient yogic wisdom of the koshas, the gunas, and self-awareness. I am especially committed to creating spaces that honour lived experience, personal agency, and cultural sensitivity. My scope of practice is shaped by ongoing professional development and a commitment to ethical, inclusive care.

I view healing as a collaborative process—and I’m here to walk alongside you, not to fix or direct, but to support your reconnection to your own inner rhythms.

My Responsibility (Facilitator – Kendra Boone)

As your facilitator and a certified yoga therapist, I commit to:

  • Offering practices and information within my professional scope—as a yoga therapist and facilitator, not as a psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical practitioner.
  • Honouring your personal agency by using invitational, non-coercive language in all sessions and materials, aligned with trauma-sensitive principles.
  • Respecting your pace, boundaries, and nervous system cues, knowing that healing is non-linear and deeply personal.
  • Creating a culturally sensitive, inclusive, and safer container for embodied exploration—free from shame, pressure, or perfectionism.
  • Fostering a group culture of consent, choice-making, and dignity through clear agreements and relational care.
  • Being responsive to accessibility needs—you are welcome to reach out at any time with requests or feedback.
  • Referring you to appropriate services or professionals if your needs fall outside my scope of practice.

Inclusivity & Diversity Statement

Guided by the Yogic Principle of Ahimsa (Non-Harm)

At Kendra Healing Arts, I believe in creating spaces where everybody and every story is honoured. My work is rooted in the yogic principle of ahimsa—non-harm—and guided by a commitment to foster belonging, reduce barriers, and uplift diversity in all its forms. This commitment is also aligned with the IAYT Code of Ethics, including the principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA).

This is not a checkbox—it's a living practice. One that I continue to deepen through:

  • Self-reflection (svadhyaya) and ongoing education
  • Listening to marginalised voices, especially from disability and neurodivergent communities
  • Welcoming diverse lived experiences without assumption or prescription
  • Collaborating with, not speaking over, those with different ways of knowing and being

Neurodiversity-Affirming & Trauma-Sensitive

All brains are different—and being different is not a problem to be fixed. Many of us live in a world that wasn’t built with our sensory, emotional, or cognitive needs in mind. Here, I aim to do things differently.

Mind-body therapy here is adaptive, not prescriptive.

I recognise that trauma impacts the nervous system in unique ways—and that somatic disconnection is often a survival response, not a failure.

Your experience leads.

My approach supports co-regulation, body-trust, and consent-led exploration. This includes flexibility in how you participate, choice in how you express yourself, and freedom to rest or step back when needed.

Expect difference, not sameness.

As author Ortiz (2013) says, when we expect difference from the outset, we create more inclusive spaces. I design my programs with this in mind: anticipating variation in physical access, sensory preferences, cultural safety, and definitions of "healing."

Your Responsibility (Participant)

As a participant, you are invited to:

  • Engage with the program at your own pace, honouring your personal boundaries and readiness—there is no requirement to “keep up.”
  • Listen to your body’s signals and adapt, pause, or skip practices as needed. Your experience is valid, and your choices matter.
  • Take care of your own safety and regulation during and after practices—this may include grounding, resourcing, or reaching out for additional support.
  • Ask for clarification if anything feels confusing, unclear, or triggering. You're never alone in this process.
  • Respect the space and others in the community, maintaining confidentiality and kindness in discussions or group shares.
  • Communicate respectfully if you are struggling, need accommodation, or decide to discontinue participation.
  • Make use of the resources and support channels available, including tech support, reflection prompts, or optional 1:1 session.

Important Information

Important information about how to care for your own wellbeing and get the most out of working with me is set out below. If you have any concerns, please email me.

The Safe To Feel Embodiment Program™ and other online programs are a trauma-sensitive offering designed to support nervous system regulation, body reconnection, and emotional resilience. It is not a replacement for clinical or psychiatric care.

You are strongly encouraged to engage with the program alongside support from a psychologist, counsellor, psychiatrist, or GP—especially if you are navigating complex trauma, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, or any mental health challenges. The practices offered here are complementary, not clinical.

If you have been recently hospitalised for a mental health condition, are currently in acute crisis, or are participating from a hospital or residential facility, you must obtain approval from your treating medical professional before enrolling.

This program has been intentionally designed with accessibility in mind, yet the online group environment may not meet the needs of those requiring intensive or emergency support. It is not suitable for participants who need 24/7 access to a practitioner. In such cases, 1:1 support or alternative programs may be more appropriate.

If you are unsure whether this program is right for you, or if you feel you would benefit from personalised support, you are welcome to book one or more private yoga therapy sessions with me before and during the immersion. These sessions can offer tailored pacing and help you integrate the practices with greater confidence and clarity.

While trauma healing is a core intention of this work, please note that embodiment can feel unfamiliar or challenging if you are not used to being present in your body. The body holds deep wisdom, and learning to listen to it is a practice that unfolds with consistent attention and care.

To experience meaningful benefit, please allow for a minimum of three hours per week—including guided practices, reflection, journaling, and optional community engagement.

Healing is not linear. You are invited to move at your own pace, listen to your body’s signals, and make choices that support your wellbeing throughout.

If you have any questions, needs, or concerns before beginning, please contact me directly at restore@kendrahealingarts.com.

Specific Instructions — Supporting Your Journey

To get the most out of this experience, I invite you to make a clear commitment to showing up—for yourself, your body, and your healing. This means:

  • Attend the monthly live sessions when you feel ready, and treat them as a sacred gathering.
  • Set aside at least 3 hours per week for your embodiment practice, including time with the eBooks, guided materials, and reflection prompts.
  • Create your own supportive space. Think of this as a practice of self-organisation—clear a corner, clear distractions, settle your nervous system.
  • Use the included eBooks and resources generously—these are rich, carefully designed offerings to support your rhythm, reflection, and reconnection with your body.
  • Notice your rhythms. Healing is not linear. Some weeks you may feel called to go inward, others to engage with community. Both are valid. Trust what you need, and revisit the materials as you do.
  • Private sessions with Kendra are recommended at key points, especially if deep material arises or you feel stuck. This group process is spacious, but not a substitute for individual support.
  • You are always at choice. Participation is invitational. The space welcomes both silence and sharing, movement and stillness.
  • If you have a trusted psychologist, counsellor or mental health provider, it is wise to let them know you're engaging in this work. If you've been recently hospitalised or are participating from a medical setting, please seek approval from your doctor before beginning.
  • Healing asks for rhythm, not perfection. Your presence is enough—and the practices will meet you where you are.

Limitations & Scope of Support

The Safe to Feel Embodiment Program™ and other online programs are trauma-aware, body-based process grounded in yoga therapy and healing arts—not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. I am not a medical doctor, psychologist, or mental health practitioner. I do not diagnose or treat illness. If you are under the care of a psychiatrist, psychologist, or medical team, I strongly recommend you consult with them before starting this program. This work is intended to be complementary, not primary care.

While this program supports post-trauma healing and nervous system regulation, it is not a quick fix, nor a guarantee of transformation.

Results and approach

The Safe to Feel Embodiment Program™ and other online programs are not a one-size-fits-all or symptom-management method. It is a holistic, body-led, trauma-sensitive process that honours the complexity of human experience. Healing is not linear—it unfolds in spirals, with ebbs and flows. This program offers conditions that support gentle transformation through safety, presence, and embodied choice.

While past participants have reported powerful outcomes—including reconnection with their bodies, improved sleep, emotional regulation, clarity, and a deeper sense of self—results cannot be guaranteed. Each participant’s experience is uniquely shaped by a range of factors, including personal history, readiness, support systems, nervous system capacity, and willingness to engage with the rhythms of their body.

This is not a “good vibes only” wellness program. It is a space that makes room for the full spectrum of human experience, including shadow, discomfort, and the courage to feel. This work does not replace psychological or medical care, and I strongly recommend that participants also seek the support of a qualified mental health professional such as a psychologist, psychiatrist, or counsellor, particularly if you are navigating complex trauma, have been recently hospitalised, or require additional containment.

You are invited to:

  • Step into a process of self-reclamation, not passive treatment
  • Move from patient to active participant
  • Reground in your own agency and capacity for choice
  • Reconnect with the innate wisdom of your body
  • Honour your own pace, boundaries, and needs

This is a path of regenerative embodiment, not performance. It draws from yogic philosophy, polyvagal-informed safety principles, and salutogenic models (those that support health and wholeness), encouraging you to return—again and again—to your own felt experience.

Consumer Guarantees

Minor Problems

Minor problems are occasional issues that may occur but can usually be resolved quickly and without significant disruption. If something small goes wrong, I will do my best to fix it in a timely and compassionate way.

Common minor problems might include:

  • A PDF or video that won’t load or open on your device
  • A link to a resource or replay that has expired
  • Temporary internet disruption on either side during a live call
  • Needing to reschedule a live group session due to illness (mine or yours)
  • An error in access (e.g., not receiving a link, login, or welcome email)
  • Confusion about how to use the resources or modules
  • Difficulty finding a replay, recording, or download link

How I handle these:

  • If there’s a broken or missing link, expired access, or technical glitch, I will resend or restore access to materials as soon as possible at no cost.
  • If I need to reschedule a live session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will notify participants and offer a suitable alternative (e.g., rescheduled date, additional replay, or practice guide).
  • If you become unwell and can’t attend a session, you will still have access to replays (where applicable), and I encourage you to continue engaging at your own pace when you’re able.
  • If you're having technical issues accessing content or navigating the platform, please email me so I can help troubleshoot or offer alternatives.

You are always welcome to reach out if you're confused or unsure about how to use any of the provided resources.

This program is designed to be flexible and accommodating, with many asynchronous materials so you can continue your journey even if you miss a live call.

If something isn’t working, please let me know—I am committed to making things right within the scope of my responsibility and professional capacity.

Major Problems – Participant Options

In the event of a major problem with the Safe To Feel Embodiment Program™ or other online programs—meaning a significant issue that renders the program materially different from what was described, unfit for purpose, or unsafe—participants are entitled to choose one of the following remedies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Cancel the agreement and request a full refund, provided the issue is identified within a reasonable timeframe;
  • Seek compensation for the difference between the price paid and the value of services actually delivered; or
  • Request a replacement, where applicable (note: replacement would only apply to digital products such as eBooks or video access, and must be identical to the original).
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in the original form of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank deposit) and must exactly match the amount paid.

A reasonable timeframe for requesting remedies will depend on the nature of the issue and when the participant could reasonably have become aware of the problem. For self-paced or digital components, this is typically considered within 30 days of purchase. For live elements or limited-time access, this period may be shorter and will be assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Please be aware that:

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes, emotional discomfort that arises through the nature of the healing process, or unmet personal expectations are not considered major problems unless the program was misrepresented.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind or scheduling conflicts unless required by law.
  • I reserve the right to offer partial refunds, replays, or transfer options where appropriate.

Emergency Buffer & Resolution Ethos

I maintain a financial buffer to ensure that any valid refund or compensation claim can be processed smoothly. If you feel something significant has gone wrong, please contact me directly so we can resolve the situation with compassion and transparency.

If you feel that there is any problem with the program, please let me know as soon as possible. I am keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that I can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.

Group Participation & Confidentiality

When Using WhatsApp or Group Calls

Participation in group calls, including those hosted via WhatsApp or similar messaging platforms, is completely optional. If you do choose to engage in group discussions, please be mindful of what you choose to share. These are shared spaces, not private messaging environments, and your own comfort and privacy should guide your choices.

Please also extend the same care to others:

Do not screenshot, share, or forward anything outside the group, unless you have explicit permission.

Breach of confidentiality will be taken seriously and may result in removal from the program or WhatsApp group.

Our Group Agreements

This space is intended to support deep self-inquiry and compassionate connection. By participating in the Safe To Feel Embodiment Program™, we gently agree to the following shared values:

RESPECT

Arrive on time or communicate your needs if running late.

Allow others to finish speaking without interruption.

Honour cultural, personal, and neurodiverse expressions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Personal stories and experiences stay within the group.

Respect others' vulnerability and do not repeat their words elsewhere.

LISTEN, DON’T FIX

I offer presence, not solutions.

Advice-giving is not part of this container unless explicitly asked for.

NON-JUDGEMENT

I meet each other with openness and compassion.

All emotions and expressions are welcome here.

HEALTHY BOUNDARIES

You always have the freedom to leave, say “no,” or stay silent.

Participation is an invitation, not a requirement.

RADICAL SELF-CARE

Celebrate your own and others’ choices for rest, nourishment, or withdrawal.

If lying down, crying, or turning your camera off supports your wellbeing, it is welcomed.

NO EXPERTS, LOTS OF EXPERTISE

Everyone brings wisdom from their lived experience.

This is a learning space, not a performance space.

NO QUESTION IS TOO SILLY

Ask anything. All questions are valid and welcome.

We’ll do our best to respond by the end of the course or session.

HOLDING SPACE FOR NOT KNOWING

Curiosity is more important than certainty.

Mystery is part of the process.

COMMITMENT TO THE PROCESS

I agree to show up as best we can, knowing discomfort may arise.

Healing takes time, community, and consistency.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Respectful Cooperation

If a dispute arises, everyone involved agrees not to engage in any public discussion about the issues, to behave politely towards each other, and to avoid any conduct or

communication which might reasonably be expected to be unfairly detrimental to any other person’s business or personal interests.

You agree to act in good faith and be reasonably cooperative at all stages of the dispute resolution process. I make the same commitment to you.

Negotiation

If you have any concerns, issues or complaint arising out of participation in these programs, you agree to communicate with me with the intention of making a genuine effort to seek a win solution and trying to resolve the dispute in good faith through negotiation and discussion. Please email me at restore@kendrahealingarts.com and expect a response within 3 business days.

Mediation

If a problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you agree to pursue mediation and alternative methods of dispute resolution, with litigation being a last resort. I commit to making a similar effort to resolve any disputes in a friendly manner.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Participation are subject to the governing law of the ACT. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of the ACT, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction
